Phoenix Pet Cremations provides a personalised and supportive individual cremations service of the highest quality for all pets. We understand that losing your pet is losing a close friend. We promise to deliver a compassionate, honest and reliable service giving you peace of mind that your much-loved companion receives the dignified farewell they deserve.  

Phoenix pet cremations is an accredited member of the association of private pet cemeteries and crematoria (APPCC), having won the approval of independent inspectors under a strict inspection scheme designed to ensure your pet is treated with care and dignity in a professional setting.

We specialise in bespoke, personal and tailored made individual cremation services for all pets and horses built to suit your special requirements.  7 days a week your pet can be collected from either your home or vets, alternatively you can make an appointment to bring your pet to us directly.

Bringing your pet to us

Upon arrival, you can say a final farewell in the privacy of our beautiful modern remembrance room, here you can also view our extensive range of caskets and urns on display.

Owners may wish to take advantage of our same day cremation service and so you can return home with your pets ashes the same day at no extra cost.

Office Hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm  Monday to Friday,  8.30am - 1pm  Saturday 

* An out of hours service is available 7 days a week  until 10pm for us to safely take your pet into our care* Out Of Hour Charges Apply

We specialise in personal, individual same day cremations and we offer a 24/7 collection service. We pride ourselves on delivering an excellent standard of care to our clients and their pets.

PHOENIX PET CREMATIONS provides an exemplary level of service and unrivalled care for animal lovers across Essex, London, Suffolk, Kent, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. 

Pet euthanasia is also available either in the comfort of your own home or here at the crematorium. This service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and is provided by our friendly team of highly qualified partnered in-house vets, offering highly affordable rates. 


Choose from an individual collection from your home or vets, alternatively you can bring your pet directly to us and use our warm and comfortable private farewell room to give your special pet an idyllic send off in our unique location. Here we have a wide range of jewellery, urns and caskets on display for you to choose from. Some clients prefer this as it gives them peace of mind and comfort at such a difficult time.
